About
Me
I grew up on a farm in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. Our family raised sheep and had a Christmas tree farm.
My brother, sister and I participated in athletics at a very young age. I began competitive swimming at the tender age
of four and running at seven. I continued with these sports until I discovered triathlons at fourteen. I moved to Lake
Tahoe, California where I became a substitute teacher and swim coach. Unfortunately I was not able to train during this
time due to a leg injury. However the teachers recommended a Chiropractor/Applied Kinesiologist in town. He soon had me
well and we became great friends. Dr. Stan Jones became a great support and mentor and suggested I enter the world of
Applied Kinesiology.
I graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California.
My focus is on all aspects of life that effect us daily, whether it be emotional, structural or chemical problems. My
belief is that most of our diets contain too many carbohydrates which cause disease. After changing their diets, many
of my patients have reported that they are healthier and more energetic.
After practicing Chiropractic for many years both in the United States and abroad, I've decided to pursue Vacation Relief
work which allows me to continue to pursue my athletic interests as well as travel a great deal. Should you be interested
in any of the services I offer, please contact me.
